Our highly experience Physiotherapists and Exercise Physiologists see both self managed and plan managed clients throughout the disability spectrum. Our client group ranges from childhood disability (over 7 years) through to acquired neurological disorders including multiple sclerosis, Parkinsons and early onset dementia clients.

We are a mobile service meaning that we can meet you at your home, the gym or hydrotherapy pool to best deliver your program goals. Our small team means that we know each and every client and you see the same therapist for each session.

Future Physio now has a clinic at Pure Moves, Cottesloe Central Shopping Centre. Sarah will be available for clinic appointments on Tuesdays and Thursdays. She works closely with the trainers and physiotherapy sessions can be progressed to exercise and pilates programs with the fabulous team at Pure Moves.

Sarah is a highly qualified physiotherapist with over 15 years experience in private practice and elite sport. She has a passion for getting everyone back to their peak fitness and identifying underlying causative factors of every injury.

Sarah enjoys working with all client groups including amateur athletes, children and pre and post pregnancy clients. She is qualified in clinical pilates and dry needling and encorporates these into her treatment sessions.
